Note: Vouchers for which the validity has ended can be viewed within the "Expired" section of Vouchers wallet. Alternatively, the seller may have deactivated the voucher in which case it will not be visible in the wallet.

Collectible vouchers apply automatically to your cart if criteria are met

  • On the product page, all applicable vouchers are shown underneath the price
  • On the ‘Checkout’ page, view all the vouchers that apply to your purchase. You can combine any Younasons voucher with the seller/brand voucher.
  • The system will pick the best voucher for you or you can select any other applicable voucher as per your choice during the checkout process to update the price
  • Now hit ‘Place Order’ or ‘Check Out’ to buy the product with discounts

If your voucher value is less than the order amount, you’ll be asked to select an additional payment method to complete the payment.

You can select the payment option at the time of checkout.

A collectible voucher is a free voucher that you collect & then use to get discounts. So, in case any of your order is returned or cancelled from your end, the voucher will not be reissued if the voucher is not reissuable.

But, a few kinds of collectible vouchers could be reissued, and to be sure about which collectible voucher can be reissued, kindly you have to contact our customer care representative.

The refund voucher can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for the next purchase even if the value of the order is smaller than the voucher value.

The customer has to use the full voucher amount in one order at once.

Collectible vouchers will apply to all products by default but there might be some conditions that make the voucher active, for example: category/item restrictions, minimum purchase amount etc.

The limit for voucher use in one order is a maximum of one Younasons voucher per order and a maximum of one seller voucher per seller.

A voucher that can be collected and stored in customers account for later usage before it expires. Discounts are automatically applied once criteria are met and multiple vouchers can be used in the same order.

Collectible Voucher Matrix:
  • There is no limit for collecting vouchers from a seller. You can collect as many vouchers as you want, however, you can only use one voucher per seller in an order.
  • Collectible vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Collecting a voucher reserves it for you. You can make a purchase using the voucher anytime till the voucher is valid.
  • Collectible vouchers will reflect in the “My Voucher” option’s “Younasons” and “Store tab.
  • The vouchers which do not have "Applied" or "Expired" stamped on them, then the vouchers are available for use.
  • Voucher validity can be viewed in the "My Vouchers" in your Younasons mobile app.

If you have multiple Collectible vouchers in your “My Voucher option” the system will automatically choose the best one for you and it will be applied also, you will be able to change and select the desired one.

No, customers will be able to use both sellers and platform vouchers only once. One per customer for both seller and platform voucher.

There may be one or more reasons why you're unable to collect the vouchers.

Some of them are listed below.

Reasons:
  • Your account may not fulfill the conditions of the voucher.
  • Vouchers available in a day may have already been collected.
  • The voucher may have already been used.

You may be unable to use a collected voucher for any of the following reasons:
  • The validity of the voucher has been expired.
  • You've already used a Younasons voucher or a seller's voucher, in this case, you won't be able to use another voucher because each order can only have one Younasons voucher and one seller's voucher.
  • You don't have enough order value from the seller to match the minimum order amount; in such case, please add more items from the seller to use the voucher.
  • You have entered a voucher code from Younasons - in that case, you will not be able to use a Younasons collectible voucher. Younasons voucher code can be used with seller collectible voucher.
  • You have entered a voucher code from Seller - in that case, you will not be able to use a seller collectible voucher. Seller voucher code can be used with Dazar collectible voucher.

If you ordered something from Younasons with our ‘Best Price’ tag and found an identical product at a lower price from any applicable online retailers (PandaMart, Pickaboo, Chaldal, StarTech), Younasons will refund you 2x the price difference. For successful claims, amount will be automatically deposited to your My Voucher and must be utilized within 14 days

Make sure that you're logged in from the account you want to delete or deactivate when you submit your request.

In order to deactivate push notifications from Younasons app, you need to follow few simple steps:
  • Open Younasons App & click on the "Account" icon available in the bottom right corner of your Younasons App.
  • Go to the "Settings" option that is available in the top right corner of your Younasons App.
  • Click on the "Messages" option.
  • Here you can see all the message options available that you receive by Younasons App.
  • You can uncheck all of them if you don't want to receive any "Push Notification".
  • You can modify the selection to get only the specific Push Notifications you want

Just follow these steps below :-
  • Log in to your account using your Younasons user id and password.
  • Click on your account and click on "Manage My Account"

We sent invoices of order to our customers in two ways for two different product types.

  • Regular Product - A hard copy of the invoice should always be sent along with your order in a plastic bag attached to your package.

While returning an item, the customer can choose either the Pick-Up or Drop Off option-

  • Pick Up - If the customer wants their return package picked up from their location, they can just do it by selecting this option.
  • Drop Off - This option is available if the customer decides to go to the nearest return Drop-off location by themselves and drop-off their return package.

Note:

  • If customer receives the product at the doorstep then the customer can choose Pickup/ Drop-off as per convenience.
  • Customers won't be able to select pick-up option for return if your received order was collected from collection point.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request from Younasons App or Website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for Younasons Mall items, or within 7 days for Regular Seller (non-Younasons Mall) items from the date of delivery.

Note: You will not be able to select pick-up option for return if your received order was collected from collection point.

We have an easy return policy for both of our dMall and regular products. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on the app or website within 14 days for dMall items and 7 days for non-dMall items from the delivery date.

In order to return your product please note below mentioned conditions:
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Younasons packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Younasons Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.

If you get a faulty, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete product, you have 7 days to return it. If the product was purchased from Younasons Mall, you have 14 days to return it.

You can request for return if:
  • - Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  • - Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
  • - Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
  • - Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  • - Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

For “Change of mind” option: Customers can return the product only for selected categories (If available): Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are duffel bags, innerwear, and overseas products.

Conditions for Returns are:
  • - The product must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
  • - Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers' box
  • - If Younasons packaging has been damaged, wrap the item in another layer of external packaging like plastic to - avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.
  • - Include any of the following that came together with your item: free gifts, warranties, tags, labels, manuals, any other accessories
  • - Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered (if applicable). Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit.
  • - Item must be in the same condition as received.

Note:

  • The goods must be returned in its original manufacturer packing or box, which must be intact.
  • You will not be able to select pick-up option for return if your received order was collected from collection point.

Items can not be returned if it is “non-returnable”.

If you want to return items in these categories because they are damaged, defective or expired, please contact customer service. If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page, in the “Return & Warranty” section.

Customers can find refund tracking number so easily by following below steps:
  • - Go to the Younasons website or App and log in to the Younasons account.
  • - Go to the 'Account' section.
  • - Click/ Tap on -“My returns” section.
  • - From the next page select “Return Initiated
  • - In the "Return Details" page, return tracking number will be available. Example: Tracking No. DEX-BDN--XXXXXXXXXX #

To access the return tracking number, please follow these steps:
  • Go to Account > "My Returns"
  • Select the order to be returned
  • Click on "Return Initiated"
  • You can now view the return tracking number

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery (14 days for Younaosns Mall items)
  • Drop-off package within 4 days/ Handover package to pickup agent within 3 days
  • Your item will reach our warehouse for quality check within 3 days
  • Quality check will be done within 1 day

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Younasons app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for Younasons Mall items, or within 7 days for non-Younasons Mall items from the date of delivery.

After initiating a return request, product will be Dropped-Off or Picked-Up according to the selected method. After Dropped-Off/ Picked-Up, it takes 3 days for the product to reach the warehouse. At the warehouse, it takes 1 day for a Quality Check of that particular returned product.

Note:

  • Faster you drop off your item, the faster we start processing it.
  • All days other than Friday, Saturday and Other Government holidays are counted as working days.
  • You won't be able to select pick-up option for return if your delivered order was collected from collection point.

Once you are done with placing a return request, follow the steps to return your item:
  • Pack your return package securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you.
  • Print out the return label as below and attach it to your return package or write your order number & return tracking number clearly on the outer side of the package.
  • Once you have packed your items, now Drop-off package to nearest hub/ handover package to pick up agent.

Don't worry about returning your received packages to Younasons anymore. Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the day of delivery (14 days for Younasons Mall items). You can initiate a return request so easily from your Younasons App or Website. Please follow the steps mentioned below to proceed with the return request -

  • Log in to your Younasons Account
  • Go to "Account" > Go to "View All"
  • Click on the order number that you want to return
  • Click on “Return/ Refund”
  • Select "I want to return the product"
  • On the next page input a Return reason, Upload Pictures and give a Comment
  • Select your convenient return shipment (Differences between the Return Drop Off and Pick Up)
  • Select your convenient refund method
  • Finally, confirm your return request.

Once you’re done with initiating a return, Drop-off your package within 4 days after return initiated/ Handover your package to the pickup agent within 3 days after return initiated based on the selected return shipment. After that, your returned item will reach at our warehouse for quality evaluation within 3 days. The Quality evaluation process takes 1 day. You will be notified by us about the review check result and your refund process will start according to the result.

Note: You will not be able to select pick-up option for return if your delivered order was collected from collection point.

The quality evaluation process may take 1 Day, once the item reaches our warehouse.

The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and your return claim was deemed valid. You will be notified via email and SMS once your refund has been processed. If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you and you will be informed of the reason for return rejection.

  • Once we have received your return package
  • It arrives at our warehouse for quality check within 3 days
  • Quality check takes 1 day

Types of warranties:
  1. Brand Warranty: Brand warranty are warranties provided by the brand/manufaturer of the product. Younasons does not take any responsibility for after-sales services provided by the brand/manufacturer. Customers will need to approach the brand directly through their authorized service centers to submit the products for repair/replacement under the warranty conditions.
  2. Seller Warranty: Seller warranty are warranties provided directly by the seller who has sold the product to you. Please note that the terms and conditions of this warrantymay differ from seller to seller. Customers may check directly wih the seller via the chat function on the product page.
  3. International Manufacturer/Seller Warranty: This warranty is directly offered by international manufacturers/sellers of the product. The geographical location of the service center may very based on brand's regional presence and may require the customer to ship the product out of country to be repaire/replaced. Customers have to follow the warranty process as mentioned on the warranty card or on the brand's official website.

Note: All warranties doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

No, you can’t use the COD option for collection point orders. Pick-up point orders can only be placed via making pre-payment.

Younasons is shipping the packages from all across Bangladesh and delivering them to a collection point near you. Younasons DigiBox is a digital version of Younasons collection point. Now, customers can use Collection Point digitally for collecting their package.

You have to follow the below steps to collect the product from DigiBox:

  • To collect the product you have to go in front of the DigiBox and then click “START” option showing on the DigiBox screen
  • Then you need to select the “CUSTOMER” option to get the product
  • If you want to collect the parcel via OTP, you have to select the “OTP” option to collect the product via OTP or select the “QR CODE” option to collect the product via QR CODE. Then input the phone number that was provided while placing the order in the given section and click on “Find”.
  • If the phone number is correct then customers have to click on “Yes” to continue the process.
  • To collect the parcel enter your 4-digit OTP received from Digibox via SMS in the Digibox OTP section and also enter the 6-digit OTP on Younasons OTP section received from Younasons via email, message or app from Younasons in DigiBox, after that click on “Submit”.
  • After submitting the OTPs in the Digi box, the specific box will open automatically and customers have to collect the parcel from the box within 30 sec and then close the box.
  • After closing the box customers can see the “SUCCESSFUL” text on the screen and will also get a push notification.
  • After collecting the parcel customer will receive a message like: Parcel ID: etrrr-xyz successfully collected by 017********. Thank you for using DIGIBOX.

Younasons offers the easiest package collection service to facilitate low-cost delivery to customers, where customers can collect their orders from their nearest DigiBox. After selecting the product you want to order or adding your items to the cart, follow these simple steps mentioned below:

  • Click on “Collect your parcel from the nearest Younasons DigiBox with a reduced shipping fee” to select a DigiBox as a delivery option from Checkout page,
  • Select a DigiBox location based on convenience (If it is available on your nearest Default Location you can select it to get the delivery)
  • Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will be notified by SMS when the package will be delivered at the DigiBox. You will also receive Younasons OTP via SMS and Push Notification.

  • Wrong Address: While placing an order, the customer has entered the incorrect address.
  • Wrong Phone Number: While placing an order, the customer has provided a wrong phone number.
  • Customer not available: Our delivery rider has not been able to get in touch with the customer

If customers are planning to purchase any product, they can simply find the delivery timeline from the product page. However, the customers’ location/area must be given in the account. To find the delivery timeline from the delivery detail page, please follow the steps given below-

  • Step 2 - Click on Manage
  • Step 3 - You can check the delivery timeline

After placing an order, your that order has to complete several steps/stages before it's done with "Delivery". To track order status, please follow the below steps:

  • Login to your “Younasons Account”
  • Go to “Account” > “My Orders” > “View All
  • From the order list, click on the "Order Number" that you want to track.
  • Click on Track Package
  • That will lead you to the “Delivery Detail” page.

From the “Delivery Detail” page, you can get the updated status of your recently placed order as per updated progress.

Customers should check the whole package carefully, if the package is opened/damaged or the product seal is broken, the customer should not accept it.

If you accept any open or damaged package without noticing or by mistake, kindly contact our Customer Service Representative via "Live Chat". They will provide you with a solution and will take the necessary step to solve the issue.

If you order your products from multiple sellers, you will get your products delivered as per seller shipment based.

As we have to maintain a delivery timeline, we have to deliver goods as soon as we get them from the seller. Collecting products from different sellers takes different timelines. (Suppose one seller may face some issue and make delay to send the product to us)

So, whenever our logistics team receives any product from one seller they will process the product for delivery from the very next moment upon receiving it.

Please note that, if your order did not reach you in the promised lead time or order status has not been updated, mentioned reasons can be:

  • Floods / Earthquakes/ Weather conditions
  • Protest / Strikes
  • Pandemic / Lockdown
  • Long government holiday (Eid/ Puja etc)

However, Younasons will not be liable for delays due to the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete / Wrong address
  • Customer failed to receive items

We are always committed to delivering products on an estimated timeline and we give our 100% effort to keep our commitment. However, delivery might be delayed in some unavoidable/ bad/ unexpected scenarios, like:

  • Mega Campaign time: During mega campaign our delivery team require to process large amount of orders. Hence sometimes it causes delay in delivery.
  • Long public holiday: On long public holidays, like Eid vacations, Puja vacation, Govt. holidays there might be delays in delivery.
  • Bad weather/ Natural Disaster: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough; for example- Heavy rainfall, Smog, Landslide, etc., Which may result in a delivery hold-up
  • Remote Locations: If the delivery area is in a remote location or in no-go zones then there might be delivery delay but our delivery hero tries to do the best to deliver the product.
  • Law & Order Situation / Roadblocks: Due to procession, lockdowns, strike issues resulting in route blocking you may receive your package after the promised time.
  • Countrywide pandemic: In the pandemic situation it’s quite difficult to deliver the products. At that time delivery will be delayed. We try our best to deliver the product as early as possible if the situation gets well.
  • Accident or Unwanted Package Damage: Sometimes an accidental package damaged situation can take place in that case the delivery may not be possible.
  • Seller Sourcing Issues: Sometimes sellers take longer than expected time to fulfil your order.
  • Courier Service Delay: Our Delivery Wings take a longer than expected time to deliver your order.
  • Cross Border shipment delay: Due to Air Transportation or Custom Delays, your Cross Border order may take longer than usual to be delivered.
  • Wrong Address / Phone Number: While placing an order the customer has entered an incorrect address or phone number, leading to late delivery.

Don't worry as our delivery team will attempt again to make sure you receive your product.

  • Our delivery riders will make 3 attempts to deliver your items without extra charges. Typically, the next delivery will take place the next day!
  • Please ensure that your phone number and address are updated.
After 3 failed attempts
  • If all 3 attempts have failed, the order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order.
  • If you have pre-paid order, you will receive refund

Shipping address can’t be changed after placing an order. However, you may cancel the placed order and re-order with your correct/new address. Otherwise, you have to receive the product at that given address.

To select the correct address please follow these steps -

  • Log in to your Younasons Account.
  • Click on the 'Settings' icon and go to the 'Address Book' option.
  • Choose your correct address from the list and make it default.

Note: You can also set a new address and save it as your default address for your next orders. After saving your correct shipping address, it will appear in your address book as the default shipping address and also on the checkout page.

Your delivery charges depend on the following
  • Number of item in the order
  • Weight of the item
  • Delivery location

Younasons doesn’t have any fixed delivery charge. Delivery charges basically depend on product weight, shipping location, quantity etc. Therefore, the shipping charge you can see on product page is generated by the system depending on mentioned parameters.

There are a few areas where the express delivery service is not available due to courier-related reasons but an expansion of services will arrive soon to please you.

Fulfillment by Younasons is a service where Younasons is responsible for processing, packing and shipping your orders and your items are stored in Younasons warehouse. Also, to ensure the fastest delivery, Fulfillment by Younasons facilitates customers praiseworthy service within the expected timeline.

Younasons Express is only available for selected products. To find out if a product is available with Younasons Express or not simply look for the Younasons Express logo on the product page.

Younasons Express” service is only valid for some selected products to deliver to your doorstep within 24 hours.

If the status is "Refunded", it means that Younasons has completed the refund process from their end and your amount is being processed by your concerned bank.

  • The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
  • The refund period / process starts when Younasons has processed your refund according to your refund type.

  • Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.

    • Google Gift Card - Customers will use this gift card in the google play store as a redeemable voucher.
